On December 22, 2024, Shijiazhuang, Hebei welcomed a grand event of corporate management wisdom – the 6th Enterprise Practice Report Meeting on Kazuo Inamori’s Business Philosophy of Hebei Shengheshu [Breaking through Difficulties and Achieving a Win-Win Future]. This report meeting brought together senior corporate managers, who jointly listened to the wonderful sharing of guests such as Dong Ganming, Ren Xuebao, Wang Yongxin, Fan Zhiqiang, and Yang Haizeng. They deeply explored the application and practice of corporate philosophy in modern corporate management, covering multiple key areas such as employee well-being, leading innovation, and technology development, bringing an inspiring journey of the integration of ideas and experiences to the participants.

Dong Ganming, in his sharing, deeply analyzed the close connection between employee well-being and corporate development. He proposed that by creating a positive corporate culture and a caring mechanism, the intrinsic motivation of employees could be stimulated, thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of the enterprise. Ren Xuebao focused on leading innovation and, combined with practical cases, elaborated on how to cultivate innovative thinking within the enterprise, build an innovation platform, and enable the enterprise to stand out in the constantly changing market environment. Wang Yongxin centered around the core topic of technology development, shared the strategic layout and practical path of technological innovation, and emphasized the coordinated progress between technology research and development and the long-term development strategy of the enterprise.

Fan Zhiqiang and Yang Haizeng respectively provided in-depth interpretations of the practical experience of Kazuo Inamori’s business philosophy in the daily operation of enterprises from different perspectives, offering the participants methods and strategies that can be referred to and implemented. Their sharings triggered heated discussions at the scene. The attendees all said that they were deeply inspired and had a more profound understanding and recognition of the role of corporate philosophy in enhancing corporate management efficiency and promoting sustainable development.

During the period when the company’s team was out for training, the front-line factory workers demonstrated admirable professional qualities and a high sense of responsibility and successfully coped with the urgent delivery task of the Lebanese customer. Facing the challenge of tight time, they did not flinch. They voluntarily worked overtime and fought hard on the front line of loading overnight. They raced against time to orderly load various stainless steel bolt and nut products (covering multiple models such as stainless steel 201, 202, 302, 303, 304, 316) into two containers. From the meticulous sorting of products, precise handling to the safe and proper loading into the containers, every step showed their professional operation level and rigorous work attitude.

After continuous hard work, the goods were finally loaded smoothly and delivered as scheduled. It not only effectively guaranteed the stability of the customer’s supply chain but also further consolidated the company’s good reputation in the international market.
