On March 2, 2025, Sunday, the factory of Hongji Company presented a busy yet orderly scene. All employees gathered together and devoted themselves to a series of important activities aimed at improving the company’s operational efficiency and market competitiveness, with a consistent focus on the customer aspect throughout.

In the morning, the employees first focused on the in-depth analysis of the sales data from January to February. Multiple departments such as sales, marketing, and finance collaborated closely and had lively discussions centered around the sales data. While analyzing from conventional dimensions such as product sales trends and market regional differences, they paid special attention to the crucial information of customer feedback. By carefully sorting out aspects such as customers’ purchasing preferences and usage experiences, they further clarified the changing direction of customer needs, providing strong data support for the subsequent adjustment of sales strategies. This analysis process is not only a review of past sales performance but also aims to better meet customer needs, accurately position the market, and ensure that the company’s products and services are always at the forefront of meeting customer expectations.

After the data discussion, all employees actively participated in the factory general cleaning. Everyone had a clear division of labor and carried out a comprehensive cleaning of the office area, production workshop, etc. A clean environment is not only conducive to improving employees’ work efficiency but also an important window to showcase the company’s rigorous management and professional image to customers. In the afternoon, a unique co-creation activity themed “Maximizing Sales, Minimizing Expenses, and Shortening Time” was carried out vigorously. In the discussion of the sales process optimization session, employees, in groups, conducted brainstorming on key issues such as sales process optimization, cost control, and time management. The atmosphere on site was lively, and employees actively spoke up, putting forward numerous innovative ideas and practical suggestions, covering multiple aspects from the expansion of sales channels, the optimization of supply chain costs to the acceleration of the production process.
