Material: Spring steel (65Mn, 60Si2Mna), stainless steel (304316L), stainless steel (420)
Unit: Thousand pieces
Hardness: HRC: 44-51, HY: 435-530
Surface treatment: Blackening
Material: Manganese steel (65Mn, 1566)
Material characteristics: It is a widely used carbon spring steel, which has higher strength, hardness, elasticity, and hardenability compared to 65 steel. The critical hardenability diameter is generally 30-50mm in water and 16-32mm in oil. It has a sensitivity to overheating and a tendency to temper brittleness during heat treatment, and is prone to cracking during water quenching. Oil quenching is generally used. Water quenching is suitable for section sizes greater than 80. Oil cooling: After annealing, the cutting ability is good, but the cold deformation plasticity is low, and the welding performance is poor. This steel is generally used after quenching and tempering at medium temperature. 3-16
