Hongji Company Factory, August 1, 2024 – Today, the entire sales team of Hongji Company took a hands-on approach to understand the intricacies of production and packaging at our factory and warehouse. This immersive experience provided the sales personnel with a unique opportunity to gain firsthand insight into the operational processes that support their work.
The sales staff participated actively in packaging operations, adhering strictly to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). They began by verifying order information, followed by a secondary confirmation of product details to be packed. Ensuring the packaging boxes and bags were in perfect condition, they meticulously placed the products inside the boxes. The process concluded with sealing the boxes with tape and appropriately labeling them.
Yesterday’s packaging session involved an order of eye bolts from a valued client in Saudi Arabia. Eye bolts, specifically the galvanized M8, M10, and M12 models, are highly popular in the Saudi market, with many clients purchasing several containers monthly. This hands-on experience allowed the sales team to appreciate the challenges of frontline work and fostered a greater sense of responsibility.
Following the practical session, the team convened for the July monthly meeting. The meeting included a comprehensive analysis of July’s sales performance and a review of significant orders from the Lebanese, Saudi, and Vietnamese markets. This discussion deepened the team’s understanding of the purpose and significance of their work.
The meeting also reinforced knowledge about our extensive range of fasteners, including bolts, nuts, screws, anchors, washers, and rivets, emphasizing quality, cost, and delivery timelines. The experience strengthened the team’s commitment to our customer-centric culture, ensuring that they are better equipped to meet and exceed customer expectations.
The day concluded with a shared lunch, after which the team resumed their afternoon duties, energized and more united in their mission.
