From February 14th to 16th, 2025, some employees of Hongji Company gathered in Shijiazhuang to participate in a remarkable Six Guidelines for Success training course. The purpose of this training is to help employees improve their personal qualities, optimize their working methods, and inject new vitality into the company's development.

The Six Guidelines for Success course was proposed by Kazuo Inamori and includes six concepts: "Devote yourself to work with all your might, more than anyone else," "Be humble, not arrogant," "Reflect on yourself daily," "Live with gratitude," "Accumulate good deeds and think about benefiting others," and "Don't be troubled by emotions." During these three days, the lecturer guided the employees to deeply understand the connotations of these concepts through in - depth analysis, case sharing, and practical guidance, and integrate them into their daily work and lives.


During the training, the employees actively participated in various interactive sessions, seriously thought about and shared their insights. They all said that this course had benefited them a lot. Bai Chongxiao, an employee, said, "In the past, I would always be troubled by some small setbacks for a long time. Now I have learned to distinguish between emotional troubles and rational problems, and I know how to let go of those meaningless troubles and focus on solving practical problems. I am more motivated at work." Fu Peng, another employee, also said with emotion, "The course made me realize the importance of gratitude. In the past, I always overlooked the help from my colleagues and family. Now I will take the initiative to express my gratitude, and I feel that my relationships have become more harmonious."
This training not only changed the employees' way of thinking but also had a positive impact on their work habits. Many employees said that they would work harder in the future, always maintain a humble attitude, attach importance to self - reflection, and actively practice altruistic behaviors to contribute more to the company's development.
